Mastering the art of BBQing has been one of the most intriguing parts of this recent venture that's been bestowed upon me.

Over the course of my life, I have been a part of many kitchens. Ranging all across the food spectrum, from high end scratch recipe kitchens, to american classic cuisine, to authentic italian, even short order sports pubs and American Diners.

In October of 22’ I was blessed with the opportunity to add yet another style of cooking to my resume and that is BBQ! Fortunately for me, I have the honor to learn from a decorated BBQ Master in Dick Schnipke, the original founder of The Red Pig Inn. His years of developing a process mixed with the countless amounts of awards and trophies backing his methods, have catapulted me in the best direction imaginable for the continuance of the Red Pig’s Legacy of remaining the areas #1 BBQ Restaurant!

So now it rests upon our shoulders to continue to provide an unforgettable experience mixed with the most delicious food conceivable for the community of Ottawa, and surrounding areas. We would not be able to provide these things without the help of our amazing staff. There are a lot of moving parts and responsibilities in this industry and I truly believe that we have the absolute best crew to deliver the best experience imaginable!
